Terms of Service
Last Updated: July 31, 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “your,” or “User”) and Mazza Group LLC (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Company”), governing your access to and use of mazzagrp.com and any related API services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
3. Description of Service
The Service provides AI-powered API endpoints accessible via HTTP requests. Each endpoint is payment-gated using the x402 HTTP payment protocol. Users send an HTTP request, receive a 402 Payment Required response with a payment URL, complete a USDC micropayment on the Base blockchain, and retry the request to receive the AI-generated result. Pricing ranges from $60 to $1,500 per API call, payable in USDC.
AI responses are generated by Cloudflare Workers AI (Llama 3.3 70B). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated outputs for any specific purpose.
4. API Usage
4.1 License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and completion of required payments, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to call our API endpoints and use the returned results for your personal or internal business purposes.
4.2 Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate any applicable law or third-party rights
- Attempt to bypass payment requirements or access endpoints without paying
- Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service beyond authorized API responses
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Submit malicious, illegal, or harmful content as API parameters
- Overwhelm or impair the Service with automated bulk requests beyond reasonable use
- Use AI outputs to create competing services without our written consent
4.3 Rate Limits
We may impose rate limits to ensure fair usage. Current limits are 10 API calls per minute per IP address. Exceeding rate limits may result in temporary suspension.
5. Payments
5.1 Cryptocurrency Payments
All API calls require payment in USDC on the Base blockchain via the x402 protocol. You are responsible for maintaining a compatible wallet and sufficient USDC balance. Payment is verified by the x402 facilitator before the API response is returned. We do not custody or hold your cryptocurrency at any time.
5.2 Fiat Onramp (MoonPay)
The Service includes a MoonPay buy widget to help users purchase USDC with fiat methods (Apple Pay, Google Pay, card, bank transfer). MoonPay is a separate service provider — your use of MoonPay is governed by MoonPay’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, not these Terms. We are not responsible for MoonPay transactions, fees, or disputes.
5.3 No Refunds
All payments are final. Due to the nature of on-chain cryptocurrency transactions and automated AI processing, we cannot reverse payments or issue refunds once an API response has been generated and delivered.
5.4 Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to change API pricing at any time. Price changes will be posted on our website and take effect for subsequent API calls. Payments already completed are not affected.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Our Intellectual Property
The Service, including its website design, source code, API structure, brand identity, and original content, is the exclusive property of Mazza Group LLC. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
6.2 AI-Generated Outputs
You retain ownership of any content you submit as API parameters. AI-generated responses returned by the Service are licensed to you for your personal or internal business use. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense AI outputs as standalone products without our written consent.
6.3 Open-Source Components
The Service is built using open-source software (Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS). These components are licensed under their respective open-source licenses, which are separate from these Terms.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that AI outputs are accurate, reliable, or fit for any particular purpose. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MAZZA GROUP LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. Our total aggregate liability for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mazza Group LLC and its members, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
10.2 Arbitration
Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Sheridan, Wyoming. You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification) shall survive.
12. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
- Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
- Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
- Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign without restriction.
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, war, network outages, blockchain congestion).
